Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to and use of PriceMenu by consumers and professionals.
1. Service
PriceMenu is a digital product helping baking businesses calculate costs and prices, create menus and manage quotes. Results are decision-support tools and must be checked by the user; they are not tax, legal or professional advice.
2. Purchase and access
Purchases are processed through Shopify using the payment methods shown at checkout. The price, applicable taxes and plan features are displayed before payment. Access is linked to the email used for purchase and may not be transferred without permission.
3. Account and permitted use
Users are responsible for accurate information, credential security and account activity. The service may not be used unlawfully, accessed without authorization, disrupted, copied or resold.
4. User content
Users retain ownership of the data, recipes, menus, images and text they enter. They grant the owner only the technical rights needed to store and process that content to provide the service. Users confirm they have the right to use uploaded content.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided with reasonable care. It may be interrupted for maintenance, security or events outside the owner’s control. Features and interfaces may be updated without arbitrarily reducing rights already purchased.
6. Intellectual property
PriceMenu software, trademarks, graphics and original content belong to the owner or their licensors. Purchase grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive right to use the service.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for business decisions based on inaccurate user data or for indirect losses. Liability that cannot legally be excluded and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Withdrawal and refunds
Requests are governed by the Refund Policy. Consumers also retain all mandatory rights under applicable law, including rules governing digital content and services.
9. Governing law and disputes
Italian law applies. For professionals, the Court of Verona has exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers retain the jurisdiction and all mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence.
10. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated for regulatory, technical or business reasons. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Questions and complaints may be sent to the contact address below.
