You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to the address below and providing the email used at checkout. The team will review the request and confirm the outcome.
2. Technical or delivery issues
If the product does not work as described, access does not arrive by email, or another issue occurs, contact us with details. We will first try to restore access or resolve the malfunction promptly; where that is not possible, we will assess and provide the appropriate refund.
3. Timing and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Posting times depend on the payment network or financial institution and may take several business days.
4. Consumer rights
This commercial guarantee is additional to, and does not limit, mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Current rules on conformity, withdrawal and contract performance apply to digital content and services.
