1. Data we process

• Identity and contact data, such as name and email.
• Account, authentication and purchased-plan data.
• Data entered in the app, including ingredients, recipes, menus, quotes, orders, notes and images.
• Purchase and transaction data supplied by Shopify; PriceMenu does not store full card details.
• Technical data required for security, operation and error diagnosis.
• Email and marketing consent when you voluntarily join the newsletter.
• Advertising and usage data through Meta Pixel only after consent where required.

2. Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to perform the contract and provide accounts, purchased features and support; comply with legal and tax duties; protect security and prevent abuse under legitimate interests; and send marketing or measure advertising only with consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Providers and recipients

Data may be processed by providers needed to deliver the service, including Lovable Cloud for infrastructure, authentication, database and storage; Shopify for purchases, payments and customer management; Meta for advertising measurement after consent; and communication providers when you contact support. Analytics or email-marketing tools will only be added after this policy is updated and consent obtained where required.

4. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Transfers rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other safeguards allowed by applicable law.

5. Retention

Account and service data is retained during the relationship and afterwards as needed for legal duties, disputes and security. Tax records are retained for statutory periods. Marketing data remains until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Technical cookies necessary for operation may be used without consent. In the EU and United Kingdom, advertising cookies are activated only after a positive choice. You can accept, reject or customize through the banner and change your choice through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Closing the banner with X rejects optional cookies.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

8. Security and children

We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to risk. The service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
